What is SEM?
SEM is a theoretical and experimental research project that addresses the issues of efficiency and energy conservation in urban areas and with a predominantly holistic approach. The SEM project is developed with four partners, three of which industrial: Atos (Lead), Energent and Beta 80 and a science: ENEA integrated within Action for Sustainable Development – Energy Efficiency and Low Carbon Technologies – the Smart Cities and Pon PON 04a2_E communities. SEM involves 23 young researchers and 8 consultants.
Project head is Carmela Gargiulo, professor of Urban Planning at the Polytechnic School and the basic disciplines of the University Federico II of Naples.
